Shipping and return

To "exchange" items follow the instructions below:

Place your new order online for the correct items, and in the "Comments Box" please write as follows; "Please email RMA for return of order #####"

We will then process and charge your new order, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be created and emailed to you (may take a day or two).

Upon receiving back the merchandise in a saleable condition we will credit you (less shipping charges and restocking fee).

To "return" items follow the instructions below:
